REGULATIONS AND OPERATION OF THE LAB PROJECT
- Opening time is 10 minutes before the start of class.
- To contact LAB PROJECT you must send an email to info@escultoresdelaire.com.
- The student must respect the school facilities for the benefit of all.
- It is totally prohibited:
- Use street shoes for the development of classes
- Eating in the rooms
- Mobile phones will be turned off or silent during class, except in special situations that will be communicated to the teacher.
- The LAB PROJECT management reserves the right of admission.
- Recording in any digital or analog format of audio, image or video of any course activity is prohibited, without prior consent from the teacher.
- LAB PROJECT is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items.
- By paying the registration fee I accept and guarantee that I do not have any medical condition that prevents my participation in the physical activities of the course.
- I assume full responsibility for any risk, injury and damage, known or unknown, that may be incurred during the course of the classes.
- LAB PROJECT is not responsible for any illness, pathology or ailment that the student suffers before starting classes and must inform the teacher of any ongoing injury or ailment to adapt the content to their personal situation.
PERSONAL DATA
- LAB PROJECT will include the personal data that the student provides in its database unless the student notifies his or her withdrawal.
- This data will not be transferred to other companies. The company will use said data to promote the activities within the course.
- To modify, rectify or cancel any data, you must contact the center through info@escultoresdelaire.com
- By default, works in progress and samples can be documented in photo or video for commercial and marketing material. If the student wishes, he has the right not to transfer his image rights by previously communicating this to the administration email info@escultoresdelaire.com</li >
TUITION
- By paying the registration fee, the student declares his/her total compliance with the LAB PROJECT regulations.
- By making the payment, the transaction is considered closed and acceptance of the LAB PROJECT policy.
- Once the registration fee has been paid, the amount will not be refunded.
- By paying the registration fee, the student will be able to benefit from discounts on other events, such as intensive courses, regular courses or other activities related to the LAB PROJECT.
- All payments made to LAB PROJECT (quarterly registration) will be paid by bank transfer, Paypal or Bizum and always in advance.
- Once payment has been made, the user has no right of withdrawal, except in the case of wanting to change a course for another of similar value. In this case, the student may change activities, giving prior notice. The payment of registration is considered an academic commitment from the moment the student joins until the end of the agreed period.
- Fees can be modified each school year if the management considers it necessary.
EXTRAS
- The student may make up the classes that he did not attend for duly justified reasons.
- If a class is suspended, a date and time will be designated to make it up.
- The School calendar may change with prior notice according to the needs and calendar of functions of the Los Escultores de Aire company. Under no circumstances will students lose the previously paid classes, a schedule will be found to be agreed upon for their recovery.
