REGULATIONS AND OPERATION OF THE LAB PROJECT
- The opening hours are 10 minutes before the start of the class.
- To contact LAB PROJECT you must send an email to info@escultoresdelaire.com.
- The student must respect the school facilities for the benefit of all.
- Is totally prohibited:
- Use street shoes for the development of classes
- Eating in the rooms
- Mobile phones will be turned off or silent during class, except in special situations that will be communicated to the teacher.
- The LAB PROJECT management reserves the right of admission.
- Recording in any digital or analog audio, image or video format of any course activity is prohibited without prior consent from the teacher.
- LAB PROJECT is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items.
- With the payment of the registration I accept and guarantee that I do not have any medical condition that prevents my participation in the physical activities of the course.
- I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, and damages, known or unknown, that I may incur during the course of classes.
- LAB PROJECT is not responsible for any illness, pathology or ailment that the student suffers before starting classes and must notify the teacher of any ongoing injury or ailment to adapt the content to their personal situation.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
- LAB PROJECT will include the personal data that the student provides in its database unless the latter notifies the withdrawal of it.
- This data will not be transferred to other companies. The company will use said data to promote the activities within the course.
- To modify, rectify or cancel any data, you must contact the center through info@escultoresdelaire.com
- By default, work in progress and samples can be documented in photo or video for commercial and marketing material. If the student wishes, they have the right not to transfer their image rights by previously communicating it to the administration email info@escultoresdelaire.com
TUITION
- By paying the registration fee, the student declares his total compliance with the LAB PROJECT rules.
- When making the payment the transaction is considered closed and the acceptance of the LAB PROJECT policy.
- Once the registration has been paid, the amount will not be refunded.
- By paying the registration fee, the student will be able to benefit from discounts on other events, such as intensive or regular courses or other activities related to the LAB PROJECT.
- All payments made to the LAB PROJECT (quarterly registration) will be paid by bank transfer, Paypal or Bizum and always in advance.
- Once the payment has been made, the user has no right of withdrawal, except in the case of wanting to change a course for another of similar value. In this case, the student will be able to change their activity, notifying them in advance. The payment of the registration is considered an academic commitment from the incorporation of the student until the end of the agreed period.
- The fees can be modified each school year if the administration deems it necessary.
ANOTHER QUESTIONS
- The student will be able to recover the classes that he did not attend for duly justified reasons.
- If a class is suspended, a date and time will be designated to recover it.
- The School calendar may change upon prior notice according to the needs and calendar of functions of the company Los Escultores de Aire. Under no circumstances will the student body lose the previously paid classes, an agreed time will be found for their recovery.
